Return and Refund Policy

At SVG Sea Moss, we understand that things don't always go as planned and respect your decision to cancel an order. We want you to be confident and happy with every purchase, so we are here to help make the return process as smooth and easy as possible! 

If you decide to cancel your order, please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be more than happy to assist you. We ask that all items be shipped back within 7 days for a full refund on unopened sealed items.
